For Agents

1. Manuscript review:

Do you have a backlog of mss? I’m available to do preliminary reports on pre-school novelty, picture books, early readers, young fiction (up to 10,000 words) and picture book non-fiction.

2. Fine-tuning projects for submission:

Do you have a new talent that needs nurturing or an established client who needs a new direction?

Or have you received a submission from a promising author/illustrator that you feel needs more shaping before you’d be willing to take it on?

Do you know of an illustrator who would like to write and illustrate their own picture book texts but needs some help with their storyshaping?

I have many years of working creatively with new and established authors and illustrators, helping them to shape their stories, find their voice and get the hidden book out. I am passionate about picture books and can offer a fresh viewpoint and creative storyshaping.

3. Scouting for new talent:

I have many years of experience bringing new talent to publishers’ attention and regularly attend SCBWI and industry events. I’d be happy to discuss how we could work together.

What else might you need? Let’s get in touch!

"From an agent's point of view Natascha ability to support the emerging talent was so refreshing"  Mark Mills, Plum Pudding Illustration

"Natascha is a brilliant creative editor, as I know from years of working with her when I was a publishing director at Dorling Kindersley. In more recent years, when she was an editor at Random House and I was an agent, I appreciated her friendly and helpful approach to the business." – Linda Davis, Greene & Heaton Literary Agency

"Natascha has always had an eye for good writing and my clients found working with her a pleasure. I have no doubt that that she will go on to inspire and help new writers find their own particular voices in the future." – Celia Catchpole, Celia Catchpole Literary Agency
